For most shoots 48–72 hours is sufficient. Weddings and large events should book at least 6–8 weeks in advance, particularly during peak season (October–March). Last minute bookings are always worth asking about.

Safety first — if conditions affect quality or safety the shoot is rescheduled at no cost. Weather monitoring is done in advance of every job and you'll be notified early if there's an issue.

You deal directly with the operator — not a coordinator or a subcontractor. The same CASA-licensed pilot accredited for Surf Life Saving NSW shark surveillance operations handles every job personally.

Yes. Batuti Photos regularly works alongside ground-based photographers and videographers — it's a core part of what we do. Many of our projects are collaborative shoots with other professionals, and working as part of a wider creative team is something we're experienced and comfortable with.

Edited files are delivered digitally within 48 hours of the shoot via a private download link. Raw files are not supplied as standard but can be arranged — ask when booking.
