Yes. Batuti Photos holds a CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) covering all commercial drone operations across Australia. Every flight is conducted in full compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations.

For most shoots 48–72 hours is sufficient. Weddings and large events should book at least 6–8 weeks in advance, particularly during peak season (October–March). Last minute bookings are always worth asking about.

Safety first — if conditions affect quality or safety the shoot is rescheduled at no cost. Weather monitoring is done in advance of every job and you'll be notified early if there's an issue.

You deal directly with the operator — not a coordinator or a subcontractor. The same CASA-licensed pilot accredited for Surf Life Saving NSW shark surveillance operations handles every job personally.

Edited files are delivered digitally within 48 hours of the shoot via a private download link. Raw files are not supplied as standard but can be arranged — ask when booking.
